Stopped in one evening to get my nails done before I left for a vacation and this was the only place open by the time I got off work. Ended up getting an older male who did my nails and it was horrible. I just asked for a simple white acrylic set and 2 of my nails were crooked. He even made a negative comment on me choosing to do an all white set. He didn't fix the crooked nails and I felt like he rushed through the whole thing. Will not be back and wish I would have gone elsewhere. Most nail technicians care about their work and want things to look nice and even, but not this nail tech.
I dropped in to Sassy's looking for a late night mani pedi. I was helped right away to a pedi chair. My nail tech was very friendly and did a great job! I was in and out in just over an hour for both services and with gel! Would definitely recommend!
I went in Sunday for pedicure, the lady Jennifer was very assertive in such a way I felt uncomfortable, like she's not happy working there which I can totally understand but Your in a customer service field, I feel you should be SOMEWHAT friendly and not a super duper B. Don't think she likes doing pedicures, but she was through just not nice, I remember, since I've been going there over 10 yr s THEY used to be nicer
I've been here many times, but this last time was enough for me. It was oddly quiet, a bunch of people in there though. So I was careful to say too much to my friend because I didn't want others to necessarily sit there and listen in. My friend and I got the same pedicure, charged the same, except she got a bit of a massage and I did not. My nail tech was just focused on getting to the next person, then was hovering over me as I was filling out the tip. It was quite awkward. Cheap prices, just wish they did a better job.
I would give it 0 stars if I could, 60 dollars for the girl to dig the file into my nail beds after I kept pulling away, rip up my cuticles and damage my nails. When I got home the dip powder hurt so bad I had to take it off 3 hours after I got it, the shape was awkward and bumpy and my pinky nail is in so much pain to the touch, you can see a distinguished platform where she filed the nail and the growth. The sanitary techniques are abysmal. I went there 4/14.
