I am from out of town, and was a walk-in, requesting gel Polish removal and a regular manicure. The regular lacquer polish all appears to be rather old. That should have been my first clue that this might not go well... The technician was pleasant enough and seemed competent, but her command of English is less than ideal as I had to repeat my requests numerous times. I asked for a gentle gel removal, which she didn't seem to understand. The gel removal brush on she used seems efficient, but when I removed the nail polish, my nails are ridiculously damaged. The salon is untidy, dusty, and in places dirty and grimy. This is probably the worst manicure I have ever received. Attached are photos of my manicure, at less than 24 hours after leaving the salon. I did not wash dishes or take a shower or have my hands in water of any fashion. I have also edited to add photos of how damaged my nails are. I have regular manicures, with occasional gel polish, and my nails are never like this. I cannot recommend this salon in good conscience to anyone.
