I was able to get an appointment within two days. Staff was friendly upon my arrival. The shampoo was very relaxing. My hair is curly: the instructor helped the student through the cut. My hair looks great!! I am so please that I am returning in two weeks for a pedicure and brow wax.

Where do I begin! Empire beauty school is an amazing school filled with amazing administrators! Mrs G is always so supportive and helpful! Always gives great advice and is always so patient when teaching how to do anything. I am so grateful to have her as my teacher. There is never a dull moment in class with Mrs G she makes learning fun! Not to mention how talented she is that lady's hands are blessed and I am blessed to have her as an instructor! Ms Grier is also very sweet and patient she always speaks to everyone is always giving little tips and tricks to help one become successful. Ms Grier always has an uplifting spirit!
Mrs B I have not had the pleasure of having her as an instructor just yet but she does drop in our class from time to Time to motivate the class and always compliments our work! Mrs Johnson is also supportive and I feel comfortable to come to her with anything! She makes it very clear that our school has an open door policy which I love! I just really love this school and the administrators. I love coming to school I just love it! Thank you so much administrators for keeping our school awesome!

They have no control over the students they told me that I couldn't get serviced bc they had a lot of people out and a lot of appointments to fill but they had at least 9 students j us t sitting around doing nothing all I wanted was a quick wash, dry flat iron which would of took only 30 minutes I was very disappointed and had to drive to a whole different locations just to get serviced but gas money doesn't grow on trees like wtf?!?!?!?!?
