Their policy for bad haircuts is come in again and ask for someone else. I've had good cuts here before but to not fix a botched cut is worth finding another shop.
I've been coming to DR Stylo for a few months now and I've been very pleased. I usually call a couple days before I need a cut and never have a problem getting an appointment. The barber is usually right on time with getting me in the chair. The energy in the shop is very warm and inviting. The cuts are reasonably priced and they consistently do a great job.
Anyone who tells you this place sucks, sucks themselves. Every single barber knows how to cut. I suggest making an appointment 2/3 days in advance because they're booked same day most of the time
They do not have even the minimal idea of what customer service is. I woke up for an appointment at9 am which is much earlier than when I start my regular morning just to find out the barber I booked wasn't even there. Honestly yes they cut Hair decent but it's not worth the disrespect for their "clients" time. I don't see this place lasting that long....
very bad service, I called the store on Monday the 28th to ask if they would work on the 31st and if it was possible to make an appointment and they told me if I could make the appointment and that they would attend until 6:30 PM. ASKED if I could make the Appointment at 5 in the afternoon (the appointment was for my boyfriend) because on the 31st he worked until 4 in the afternoon and it was impossible for him to arrive earlier so they made the appointment for me at 5 'clock in the afternoon for the 31st my boyfriend arrived at 5:12 because he left work late he ran to the shop and was told that they could not attend him because the barber was tired and sick and he looked towards the barber clearly saw that he was finishing a cut on someone else, if you really don't want to keep your scheduled appointments, so don't schedule appointments why waste your time, a month ago we made an appointment and my boyfriend went to the store and his appointment was at 4 and he waited half an hour to be attended AND THAT IS MORE THAN 12 minutes
