SALON ENTRO, LLC in Charlotte, NC

During the holidays I went to visit family and needed my hair done while I was in town. I was referred to Salon Entro and they fit me in the same week I called. During my appointment the stylist pointed out some hair lose that my extensions were causing and made recommendations on what I should do to help grow my edges back. Months later when all the stay at home orders were issues I got an email from the stylist advertising the company's online beauty supply store. I ordered two bundles of hair and a closure and asked the stylist to hand make a wig for me. It took 5 days for me to receive my order, the quality is better than I thought it would be and my package came with product samples for my edges. I'm impressed and will continue to order from them.

I purchased a Groupon for lash extensions, had an appointment scheduled several weeks in advance and on the day of my appointment I received a text message stating that my appointment was cancelled. When I called to inquire further, I was told by Aaleahya that it must have been a "glitch" in their system but that someone else had already taken my appointment slot. The whole thing just didn't sit right or sound truthful to me and now in reading a past review from Shalonda H (who had a very similar experience) I see that my feeling was correct. To add insult to injury, it has taken multiple, multiple phone calls and messages to the merchant in order to finally have money refunded through Groupon.

Aaleahya is a phenomenal hair stylist. She is professional and extremely knowledgeable on various hair types. She does an excellent job of improving and maintaining the health of hair. I would highly recommend her services.

The services at Salon Entro are excellent. Aaleahya is professional and very friendly. Been a client for almost a year and would never trade down. Relaxing environment and provides  consultation in beauty health and esteem. You will feel renewed each visit.

Had a keratin treatment yesterday by Aaleahya and it was a great experience. She has o we ten years experience and is very knowledgeable and informatibe on treaents and products! Great conversation and great salon suite off of Metropolitan Ave. Completely satisfied with a GREAT deal from Groupon! Thanks again AALEAHYA!!
