I have been a long-time customer of this spa for waxes and repeatedly given it chance after chance in hopes that it would get better, yet it continues to disappoint. From initially getting hot wax in my HAIR (and ripping my hair out),which I was understanding about as mistakes happen, to thinning my eyebrows like it was the early 2000s when I nearly wanted them cleaned up a little bit, to repeatedly canceling a few days before the appointment when I booked the appointment weeks in advance, I am appalled. Even when I expressed disdain about the thinness of my eyebrows, the Elizabeth Grady esthetician dismissed my feelings, telling me at least now they are "shaped". They also repeatedly wax over the same area 5+ times (which increases the probability of skin tearing/irritation).
I've been going to Elizabeth Grady since I moved to Marshfield almost 4 years ago. The staff is great. They're always on time, professional and friendly. My favorite thing to get here is the tropical facial. Services are all reasonably priced for the area. It's also very clean.
I do not recommend this Elizabeth Grady in Marshfield. After spending ton of money including purchasing products I had to return a makeup since when I opened it it was all dry when I notified the store they questioned yet which was very insulting . Please note in addition to all the services I utilized I also purchased several massages from them. I have also gotten a few complains from an ex employee about the store. So today I call to make an appointment and the owner tells me I have to prepay!!!! I refused ... Don't these small businesses no anything about customer service!
