although don says they value their clients, I don't agree. today I went in for an appt at 3 that I booked earlier this week. I was greeted by the owner who said she was expecting me at 2:45. they had left me a message asking if I could come in early. I forgot to return their call as I am in recovery from a serious concussion and told Kathy I never called. she said 'oh, you didn't confirm the change? No I didn't. well the other client is here now...... and so am I. the one who originally had the 3 pm appt and did not agree to change. she asked if someone else could do my pedicure.....why? I made an appointment with you. well I have this other client here now. are you serious. you are not going to do my pedicure.... you made a mistake, and I'm paying for it? she just stood there and said nothing I've been coming here for 7 years!!!! we'll I helped her out and I left.....for good!!! will never be back. how can you possibly treat a customer like that.....never even said she was sorry or offered an apology. Offered to do my pedicure later.....are you nuts!!!
Worst pedicure ever, no skin was removed around toes I am going to have to go elsewhere to get it redone
$70.00 for a dip manicure that was uneven, the pink was bubbled (old polish) and just over all poorly done. I won't be back, should have read the other reviews before I went. The staff was nice and tools were very clean though.
I love it here! I recently moved back into town and decided to go to Beautica because I remembered having a positive experience there years ago. I'm so glad I did. I haven't had one bad manicure or pedicure. I used to get my eyebrows done at a salon I. Pembroke but figured I'd do it here while I was already at the salon and the tech did a wonderful job. I always feel relaxed when I'm here. Truly the best in town!
I called a few days ago to have a natural nail fixed. A small tear on the side. I explained this to Ashley who wanted to sell me a full manicure. I just wanted the nail fixed. I asked how much and she hemmed and hawed... I know someone who was burnt there when they had a waxing and there was visible damage. They didn't take care of them. Beautica is right up the street, so I figured they could help me. Ashley apparently didn't want to as she said she wasn't sure they could fix it? Lol...I am happy to go elsewhere...
