Toni & Company Salon in Marshfield, MA

I went to the salon to get a haircut recently. I have a short bob, nothing fancy or complex. I just wanted a trim. The hair stylist looked like she had never seen hair before. She cut little tiny pieces of my ends and now I look botched. My bangs are crooked and I can barely show my face in public. I will never be back to this salon again

Would NOT recommend. The sign very clearly, in BOLD, says "Walk-Ins Welcome". I think NOT! I went in only to be received very rudely by the receptionist who told us somewhat snarkily that no, nothing is available even though we came over an hour before closing and only for a cut. There was nobody waiting, she just told us no. The rug was a little dirty, and the smell was questionable- at best. I'm sorry, but if you're going to advertise walk ins, then perhaps accept walk ins? Oh well, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Such a cute shop! I got my hair colored and it was fine! But, when it came to the one thing you cannot fix, my hair cut, I have never had so much anxiety in a salon before!! My hair is all one length except my side bangs so I have NEVER had an issue with someone cutting it before. My hair is longer and my hair stylist cut my side bangs the wrong way. She cut them so the were longer near my eye and then shorter as you get to my hair!!!!! Then she proceeded to tell me that's how hers are cut, except her hair was super short! So, she has no clue what she is doing! She then attempted to "fix" my hair. Needless to say I have not been able to wear my side bangs down since then! Sooo unhappy, I will never go back, and I was going to have my wedding hair and make up done there! And it should be noted that she butchered my side bangs on my second appt because on my first appt she missed a whole section of my side bangs, but she did cut them the correct direction that time. I have never been so unhappy after a hair appt before in my life, and she seemed to think it was amusing.

Small, but nice place. when I came in to get a hair cut, the stylist cut it way too short and that's not what I asked for.. had to pay over $30 just for a cut. Haven't been here since.

I recently went to Toni & Comany Salon for my wedding updo's and I must say they made us look amazing. Kerri my stylist created a beautiful piece of art with my hair. She is amazingly talented and so nice. I highly recommend Kerri at Toni and Company.
