I made an appointment weeks in advance. When I arrived no one was there. The stylist had an emergency, so I was left without a stylist and told sorry no one will come in to cover. They also wouldn't help me get another appointment. She said I could go into Boston to the other location. I couldn't drive there at the time. I asked for referrals the ones they gave said no. I am now doing my own hair for a wedding. I'm wish customers got better service at small businesses. If your going to cancel an appointment it can't be at the time of the appointment. It's just rude. Then I was made to feel bothersome by asking for help. Just plain old terrible service.

I think I finally found my place! I saw Nicole today for hair painting, and she colored my hair exactly as I was hoping for! My hopes weren't high since no one has ever been able to get the color close to what I had in mind. She did an amazing job, and I wasn't there all day like at some salons. The salon is also adorable inside, a hidden gem- bohemian chic decor. I'm so excited to have found Wishbone- and Nicole!

Ja'coall came recommended as I was on the hunt for a stylist that could truly handle thick hair and make it look good. I've seen her twice now, and both cuts have been great. I absolutely love how she dry cuts hair. It makes the process so much faster and I can use my own shampoo at home. She is a bit flakey, and a few times during each appt she has stopped to go talk to someone else about something random. I don't think that's very professional since a simple hair cut here is $65. I've noticed she doesn't seem to give clients 100% attention like they deserve. Despite all this, I will keep going to her just cause no one else cuts my hair nearly as good. If manners and time matter to you, a different person or place may suit you better.

I want to love this place, but Jacolle is beyond rude when it comes to respecting people's time. Nicole was awesome and always on time, but she's not there any more. Jacolle was over 20 minutes late for my appt and didn't call me beforehand to let me know or to cancel. She told the person at the front desk she was running 15 minuter late. Mind you - I was the first customer of day, so she was 15 minutes late for personal reasons. I ended up leaving. Did she call to apologize and reschedule? Nope. My friend waited over 40 minutes the day before and had to reschedule, so this isn't a one-time issue. Jacolle needs to learn respect for her customer's time and to call and apologize for her rude behavior.

Called 11x.No reply!! Finally booked online. Called 2x and left message that i had a groupon Sent emails too. Today my 65th Bday party. She cancelled appt saying she just found out i had groupon and that stylist is Sick. She is the only stylist ive ever seen there!!
