DnD Unisex Hair Design in Plattsburgh, NY

I'd like to start off by saying there's some MAJOR inconsistency in their stylists. my husband had been before and was seated with this woman who did a wonderful job, so he went back, and that's when he got seated with someone who did a rather terrible job. really wish he would've gotten a name of the stylist, but he didn't. he went in asking for a 2 on the sides, small trim on the top and to keep the length and the first thing she did was cut the length he asked her not to cut. he then continued to ask for a chin strap where the stylist had no idea what a chin strap was, so then he changed his mind to keep the beard and ask for a trim where she obviously didn't know what that was either seeing as she gave him a very lopsided, too short trim while also leaving facial hair all over his cheeks. I'd think the top part of the beard would also be included in a beard trim seeing as everyone else has always shaved his cheeks and face when he asked them for a beard trim. I don't understand why he decided to pay for this service, he had to go buy his own clippers afterwords and fix it himself at home. needless to say he was very disappointed and won't be coming back. not every stylist in there is terrible, but if you find the one to do a good job, GET THEIR NAME and don't stray far in that place.

I took my grandson to get a fade haircut. Mikhaila was his stylist. She listened to what he wanted and he received the perfect haircut! Mikhaila was amazing and very friendly! We will definitely reschedule with her!

Went to get a haircut... and i got butchered. Lady kept complaining about how tired she was. She cut 3 layers in the front of my face all the same length which was by my ear. Went back to get a refund and they said they can't do that but could try to fix it. Was no way to fix it and the other worker told me this isn't the 1st time she had messed someone's hair up so badly. She took pictures to show the manager because of how bad it was. Other workers gasped and mouths dropped when they saw my hair... it was so embarrassing. Tried to charge me for that "haircut" as well. This happened a few months ago and i'm now just coming forward because of how embarrassed I am to have this hair. Now i had to pay $500 for extensions to cover it up... and to find out that the same lady STILL WORKS THERE!!!!! absolutely ridiculous and I hope something is done about this.

Very nice to work with, the place was busy with people. Not enough people leave reviews so I'll help them out. I can't remember the name of the lady that cut my hair but she did a good job and she was quick and considerate throughout the process. $20 cut for a Men's haircut.

My hair was mid back and I wanted it cut up to just below my shoulders with some fun layers. That's not what I got. Not even close. It was bad. There was a chunk of hair missing from the back. It was super uneven and choppy on one side with no layers on the other. She tried thinning in it..and I'm pretty sure all she accomplished was taking chunks out! I had to go have it fixed somewhere else and the lady there said it was the worst she's seen in a while!
