I really wanted to like this place. The owner was very nice but I was disappointed with the quality and the attentiveness. I understand they only have 2 people there, but they just seemed overwhelmed. Additionally they used all dirty nail files. None of the metal tools were placed in disinfectant. When filing they cut my pinkie. I only got a fill and they came out REALLY thick. Lastly, when I called they told me 37$ for a fill, the board in the salon said 27$ and I was charged 40$...? Overall I won't be going back. Super disappointed.
This was one of the worst experiences at a nail salon I have ever had. I'm from Massachusetts but I'm visiting family up here and my sister and I needed to get our nails filled. They were extremely rude and kept hopping between clients. They hurt me multiple times and treated me like a child. They are extremely overpriced. At my normal nail salon at home I pay $30 for a gel fill and do not have to pay to get a nail fixed. They charged me $37 for a gel fill and wanted to charge me an extra $4 to fix a nail which they ended up cutting too short anyway. Thankfully they ended up not charging me for it (seeing as they messed it up anyway. They told my sister that if she didn't cut her nails they would charge her $4 extra PER NAIL! I would recommend NOT coming here. It's not worth your time and/or money. Very disappointed.

This nail salon is inside Wal-Mart. It was very dirty- looked like it hadn't ever been swept/dusted well. I sat in the pedicure chair next to a mop and bucket. There were flies everywhere. The water was way too hot. Massage is about 2 minutes, if that. There was a lot of waiting even after we were on the chairs. Multiple people worked on us and they seemed very rushed. They are clearly understaffed. And it was the most expensive pedicure I've ever gotten!
Let me start by saying, I never write reviews. Having to come to plattsburgh, from NYC last minute and needed to get my nails done I swung in here on a whim. My nails, three weeks later are still perfect. Wow.
