Made an appointment for today at 11am (for none other than bridal nails) and although the Open sign was on, the door was locked and the phone went straight to voicemail. We had the text notification of the appointment and their response was "when did you make the appointment" when we texted the number. They did not acknowledge our appointment time or that no one was at the store an hour after opening. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
I have been going here for 3 years now!! I absolutely love Tom and his wife!! They are so amazing and so kind to my daughter when she comes with! I've even gone in on a 30 minute lunch break and Tom whipped up a perfect full set! I'll never go anywhere else!
Not the best. kind of annoyed because I had called in to check if they had a spot open to come by and get my nails done and they said yes they did so I drove there for me to walk in and tell me to COME BACK THE NEXT DAY. Which really pissed me off. Then I came by the next day and I got a nail fill and I wanted a different color and I specifically said white nails w glitter but they kept the nail color I already had which was pink but they just added a bit more glitter even tho I already basically had that. Idk, I wouldn't come back to this place tho...
I truly used to love this nails salon, but lately they been ripping me off charging me for things I didnt ask for, like today 04/12/17 I came in just for a regular acrylic nails which are $27 dollars plus gel when they where done I went to pay and they charged me for diamond acrylic which is $30 and that's I didn't ask for and $10 for gel which regularly is $5.. I'm really disappointed, I've been going to this salon for many years, and it's just sad what they are doing.
New to the area so I was looking to have my nails done. Got in for gel mani. Lady did my nails in 20 mins.. such a quick job! Didn't do a good job cleaning either. After a few days, polish starts to come off. WTH! Should have lasted at least more than a week or even 2. Will not go back and not recommend! Such a waste of money.
