I went in on Valentine's Day for a TRIM, requested exactly two inches taken off with bangs and layers... mind you my hair was almost to my waist.. the woman was an older woman with side swept bangs.. 1st she kept getting water in my eyes, 2nd she did not put the cape on correctly so I got hair all over my clothes, she had me faced AWAY from the mirror and when she finally turned me around my bangs were very uneven to which I had to fix on my own, my hair was not layered but it was uneven and choppy, and I had more than 5 inches take off and it was now above my shoulders!! Didn't realize the severity of how horrid the haircut was until I went home and straightened it. Stay far far FAR away from this place I paid 31$ for a horrific haircut but was courteous enough to tip very well.
The Worst experience I have ever had! The lady doesn't know what she is doing and cut my hair under 10 min and doesn't look like the picture that I show at all! My aunt and I went together and the lady cut both of our head under 20 min not to mention my aunt's hair is down to her waist. Do not do not go there!
