Perfect Brow Threading Salon in Fort Worth, TX

I usually go to the Perfect Brow at Alliance Town Center and have always had a wonderful experience there. I was trying to save time and popped into the Perfect Brow on Beach St. I'm thinking that I'm saving time and it's the same company, right? Boy was I wrong. The Perfect Brow on Beach is horrible! I wasn't greeted when I waked in and there were no other customers in the salon. I asked for my eyebrows to be done, ignored and then asked what I needed. The woman who did my threading was on the verge of being rude. It was like she was demanding my help instead of asking. She went so fast that I thought there was no way she could have done a good job. Well, I was right, When I got home, there were still eyebrow hairs I had to pluck myself. Very unfriendly place! Go tot he shop at Alliance Town Center, you'll get great service and wonderful people

WARNING!!! BE Warned of the incompetence of the salon at corner of Basswood & N. Beach St. While threading my brows a good portion of my bangs and some lashes were yanked out! OMG WTH is this woman doing??? Her thread kept breaking as she went so fast & hard. I am Livid, this will take months to grow back. I cannot believe the incompetence and lack of attention to detail. I ASKED the woman (at least twice!)to be careful with my hair just now slowly growing back from a battle with breast cancer. Now i need to patiently wait MONTHS to get back to where i was before i made the mistake of walking into this place. Im sick over this. Please Everyone go somewhere else or face the Consequences of using this incompetent salon. Perfect Brows i have no idea how you stay in business, SHAME ON YOU!!! You are incompetent & disgraceful. My eyebrows were also left to thin when i asked you to leave as full as possible, I simply wanted shaping! THUMBS DOWN on this place -Negative star rating on Perfect Brow. This is by far NO perfect brow establishment!

OK place, was in & out quickly. It's right next to a Zumba studio so the walls were literally shaking. There were two people getting service when I walked in, both were getting lashes. The lady who finished up looked great, but I didn't get lashes so can't comment on that experience. I did threading. She did a good job, but I had a lot more redness than usual. I think maybe the thread she used wasn't as good maybe? Usually only some red for a few min, but this lasted for most of the day. Prices were about average, they do give a discount if you pay in cash. They do not do waxing here. I will probably go back occasionally (since it is close), but I don't see this becoming my "go-to" place.

Great service in the neighborhood! Open seven days a week, and never had a bad experience. Best part is you can steer clear of the mall brow threading places. The ladies are always so friendly as well!!

I just left this place and Sima was very nice and considering i have the worst eyebrows in the world...she made them great. This will be my new place and Sima will be my new eyebrow girl!! Its right by my work and thats all the more reason to return as well.
