Signature Nail Salon in Fort Worth, TX

Very sweet ladies. Met a few people in there with great conversation and the other customers seemed to be enjoying the lovely place as well! Love it here but isn't in my area.. wish it was. Might have to start making the drive

If you're thinking about coming here, DON'T. RUN even. Usually I go somewhere else but I needed to get my nails and toes done somewhere close by that was actually open. Went in, they were quick to seat me and were friendly. I had high hopes. The guy that did my nails seemed funny and promising at first. He told me it was his second week, but he was super knowledgeable on my nails, even more so than other nail techs. I had high hopes. So once he started and hurt me almost every 5 seconds (minimal to medium pain) And proceed to use the DRILL on my cuticles to cut them, I was SHOCKED. He ended up hurting one of my fingers REALLY bad. I jerked it away real quick and shouted "Ow!" and he apologized. I told him it felt like he cut me. He told me that wasn't possible due to the type of drill attachment he was using. And I saw no visible cut at that time since he was continuing to work on the nail after apologizing. Although it hurt pretty bad afterwards. Especially if any polish or alcohol touched it. I end up brushing it off and hope the nails are at least worth the pain I was in. He also cut me again on another finger by drilling my cuticle too short on my thumb. Anyways, the lady gets done with my feet while he's doing nails, so we move over to his table. There's much better lighting and I finally can move my finger skin to see if he kind of nicked the skin. Not just a nick though, I end up bleeding. He actually CUT me. And when I told him and showed him "Look, you cut me" he GASLIGHTED me and said that the cut had appeared just now randomly. WOW. My nails look HORRIBLE by the way when he was done. He did a terrible job. I could train a monkey to do better. I asked for matte black short stilettos. They don't look matte at all and are ALREADY cracking. But it's weird because they are falling apart, which is abnormal. The top of the nail has holes and cracks after only a couple days of wear. He hurt me, charged me full price without offering a discount of anything to make it up to me, and the other guy at the front desk took down my number but never called to respond to my complaint, or got his manager to call at least. Not a single call or text. NEVER go here. You will be cut and you will be paying for it, I'm not the only one who's had this issue here. Read all of the reviews. I'll include pics for proof.

Sooo... after 2 years of doing my nails at home, I decided to treat thy self ‍ to my old trusty nail salon that I had gone to for a decade. The new owner is super friendly & helpful. However- his new staff does not match his level of customer service. The nail tech didn't greet me for 3 minutes of sitting in her chair while she finished up her personal phone call. She actually didn't address me the entire visit which turned out to only take her 10 minutes to do my full set of colored powder. By the time she was done, I looked like I was already almost due for a fill. (See picture attached after only 1 week) I can typically get 3 weeks out of a full set since my nails grow very slow. The GWL top coat also looked like it was painted by my 10 year old daughter. What a waste of money! Then- I waited 30 minutes for a pedicure. Short staffed- totally understandable. The older lady was very sweet but rushed through my long awaited, much needed pedicure. She literally TAPPED each toe with the cuticle pusher & cuticle clippers. (The part I needed most & couldn't do as well from home) When I asked her to go back through & actually do them, she huffed & puffed & grabbed a random pair of clippers out of her abyss box of randomness instead of the sanitized ones still on the tray. No no no no... ‍‍‍‍ Needless to say, I will not be back. If they're going to cut corners, they need to also cut prices. I walked out paying nearly $100 including tips & was VERY disappointed. So sad to see a trusted nail salon of 10 years go down hill.

If there were a 0, that would my choice, i thought i would try it again, the first time i was there the man who did my naild was sooo rude, he kinda got mad because i was tense, i just could not help it and he kept slapping my hand and mumbeling something in chinese, then today they gave me 2 different prices of the nail refills, and they lady upfront was very very rude about it.... i guess they are under new management, years ago when i was there they were sooo nice... i will not be going back, there are tons of nail salons that i am sure treat their costumers better

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO!! I went to have my nails done on my birthday. They put my nails under the nail dryer for one hour. Told me I was done. Went to do something and the nail polish rubbed off. Do NOT go there!!!!
