I have no issues as it pertains to the quality of product or the length of time my nails last that, I give 10 stars. My small misunderstanding is that this shop has a menu w prices yet both times I went the nail tech made sure i left spending 60 plus dollars almost like they are trained to do this. Today i asked for a new set and wrote out for him no French tip he still gave and charged me for a French tip. Now again the nails are beautiful but .... so my issue is not the nails its the charging part
Less than two weeks after this, I went to get a fill at a different place. As soon as they started shaving down the acrylic, I could see green coming through. She said the place I went before (Creative) did not clean my nails well and I had a nail fungus. I ended up getting a fungus from this place on half of my fingers. . They stopped the growth, but now it will be there and green for months until my nails grow out. Very disappointed.
I got dipping powder done & cuticle clean up by Mike. He was quick (but not too quick!), very personable yet professional. My nails turned out great & the shape is perfect. I moved about 30 minutes away and tried out a few nail salons closer to my home & work, but I'm back at Creative Nails because the quality is unbeatable!
I would give zero stars if i could. One of the worst pedicure experiences I've ever had. I paid for the deluxe pedicure and got more of a leg massage than anything else. Barely scrubbed my feet and had visible dead skin on my feet once he was "finished" When i spoke up, he immediately got an attitude. He did scrub my feet again but once he was done he barely dried my feet off so i walked out with damp feet. I will not be back.
I have been going to Creative Nails since 2018. My very first encounter was with Michael, he is simply amazing. He always strives to make the best experience for all of the customers. The shop is managed by Mindy and Steve who too value each person and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your service. While some shops do not care, if there is anything wrong they will make it right. It is best to make an appointment and often when you arrive they are finishing up on the previous person but they will make sure you are taken care of next. They communicate and tell you about how much longer it will be before you are serviced and will do everything they can to accommodate you while waiting. I hope they are able to stay around for years to come as I will not go anywhere else.
