Nail Fantasy is very well staffed and I have never had to wait to get my nails done. Staff are very friendly and creative. I was able to get detailed holiday nails done and they did a great job!
They are also very accommodating. I did not have any trouble managing my power wheelchair in their store to get a manicure. When I asked for a pedicure, they brought the foot soak to me and I was able to participate in my power wheelchair.
I have been going to Nails Fantasy for 15 yrs for my acrylic nails and pedicures. Very friendly service and the quality of work is great.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My mother and I went to get our pedicures done for her birthday. My mother doesn't drive and I seldom get out due to disabilities. We got out and had a good day until we arrived at this place. Both nail techs were rude, making comments to both of us in English and another language, about our feet. I turned on Google translator on my phone, and they were saying horrible things about us in their language. Our toenails were too long, my feet needed scrubbing, etc. I spoke up and asked what they were laughing at, and they both shut up. But I already knew because of the translation. I did not make a scene, and I left a tip. I did not want me or my mother retaliated against any further in their salon. We are 62 and 81, both disabled veterans. We did not deserve this. I hope they are ashamed of their behavior if they read this.
Save your time and money and go somewhere else. They're over priced and the dip never looks good. It was splotchy and I tried to explain I wanted it differently and she said no so now I have overpriced nails that look like I did them myself. There are plenty of nail salons around town that do a much better job than this place
Mindy is excellent at customer service. Always positive, helpful & knows your name! Tammy is my favorite nail artist. She chooses a custom color & style each time I come in & always picks something better than I would choose myself. She has been there 14 years & it shows. Tammy has never sliced my cuticle, over filed or damaged my nails. She is gentle yet still fast and gets me in & out. She is timely with your appointment also I never have to wait past my appointment time.
