Foxy Nails in Lee's Summit, MO

They were very behind when I showed up for my appointment. Then, the guy who did my nails was very unprofessional and rushed through my pedicure. He didn't ask me how I wanted them (round or square) or if I was satisfied with the color or afterwards if I needed the sandals that they have. As he finished, he just said "Thank you" and left. He must have forgotten that I scheduled a manicure too and I had to track him down again. He did the manicure at the pedicure chairs and rushed through that too as everything got over all of my clothing. The nails are rough and uneven, even after I complained to him to smooth them out. I will not come back here again.

The male Who did my nails hurt me multiple times. I was bleeding and he continued to target the area. I asked him to stop before I had to scoot back in my chair using my hands to say no like stop doing that because you could see the blood on my fingers. He didn't do any sort of cuticle cleanup no sort of cutting. He left the rest of my hands covered in dip polish all over. No sort of massage or anything that I paid for but by the time I was finished an hour and a half later I could no longer tolerate being there. I counted the number of times he said I'm sorry and I tracked to be 19 in an hour and a half. The nails do not look good, they are dip and are very very sick. I've never had somebody do my nails where they look so thick. I have had to take Tylenol because my fingers hurt so bad. Never have a had an experience this poor and painful at a nail place

Helen does not honor her scheduled appointment times with her customers.  She is not dependable.

Honestly this place is great.  I'm a boy who has never had acrylic before and they treated me with great respect.  The ladies and men that work here are so sweet and love to joke around and engage with their clients.  I will definitely be coming back here for more sets

I was in town visiting my best friend & we decided to have a treat yo'self day! Of course, this meant we would like to get manicures. After calling several spas & salons with no luck, we popped onto the highway & this was the first spot we saw! Despite being busy for a Monday, they went out of their way to get us in immediately. They were super busy & later had a pretty long wait so I would recommend an appointment if possible. Despite the busyness, my friend & I were given quality care & our nails look great! I had dip powder & they look beautiful. Would definitely come back!
