I went in today for a pedicure. I thought I was getting the spa pedicure but they gave me the most basic pedicure instead. The technician sat and talked with her co-workers the entire time and barely acknowledged me. I also saw her rinse her tools in plain water and put them back for the next use. I don't think they sanitize like they should.
DO NOT GO HERE! They are an underhanded business! I walked in asking for my appointment with Lily. I was told that's who I was in front of and she was the owner. THEY LIED! It is DIVA NAILS a block away and they were stealing a client! Go to DIVA NAILS by Pizza Hut and KFC.
They always do an amazing job. Jennifer and Sandy who owns the shop and all the staff there are awesome!
I have been going to this salon since I was a preteen and have always been super happy with my results. I don't get my nails done often except for summer, but when I do, it's always a blast! All the women in the salon are so nice and do their absolute best to give a relaxing experience. They have new furniture and equipment which are all very beautiful and taken care of. I have tried other nail places which left me looking horrible and me feeling beyond embarrassed. These ladies have never done that to me. One thing that I do recommend is to always make an appointment. This salon gets swamped, especially Friday and Saturday. If you really need your nails done, set and appointment and call ahead!
The ladies were really nice, but the place was outdated and a bit dirty. The massage chair buttons are taped on and barely work, but the pedicure was decent and thorough. I got dip nails and the service was fine, but most of them are cracked after a week.
