I came into this location to speak to Ms Karen Wilson about a suite. I called the day prior to coming in and I spoke with her assistant who insured me that she would give me a call back. No call!!! Then once me and my business partner sat in the lobby waiting on Ms Karen Wilson she ignored us and then once she was finished with her client she walked out her salon suite and walked directly past us no speaking or asking if we needed help. I called her number again just to make an appointment to speak to her and her assistant told me she was with a client at the moment.. I could hear her telling her assistant I'm busy and I'm standing in the lobby on the phone. VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM I PROBABLY WOULD NEVER OPEN A SUITE SALON HERE
