Literally my toes came out so cute just for $25 for a regular pedicure. The lady attended me was so nice and took her time. Had a great experience!
This nail salon cut off all my nails and ripped my cuticles and kicked me out just because I wasn't satisfied with the outcome of my nails.
I had my lip waxed there two days ago. I received a few burns. I talked with someone there but was talked over. I was not heard. I found that a bit distressing. The only solution offered was Neosporin. I will not return. The issue was the wax. It is better to pay more and not have to deal with such issues than it is to pay less and get skin burns.
This is the worst Nail Salon in Coney Island I'm my opinion and i lived in the area over 20 yrs I've tried them all . To be honest if it wasn't for Tina this shop would have no business and she is the only reason i put one star . She very patient and Efficient. She does great work . Lucy the owner is the rudest professional I've ever encountered . And as a hair stylist and professional in this same neighborhood, i know what good customer service looks lShe over charges and will racial profile you. I've listened to her multiple times be rude to customers as well as her staff. She is not friendly no even a little . The product quality is horrible. So bad i normally bring my own. Gel always chip from being constantly diluted instead of being replaced. I will be honest i don't recommend at all and if yu must go . Don't sit in Lucy's chair . She's ghetto and unprofessional. She will charge according to her liking and not by the service you received. I would recommend anyone but her . But honestly take your money Elsewhere.
I only come here for Tina. This place is terrible they never open on time and when I voiced my opinion the owners son stated that they have issues as well. I ask if those issues occur everyday the time is now 10:43 and the salon is still not open. The workers all Come in sporadically because why should they have to wait outside. On the rare occasion they open on time there's only the 2 owners and no workers. It's getting ridiculous.
