My family and I have been going here for many years getting our nails done and i have to say the service is wonderful. they absolutely remember everything about you but i am never satisfied with my nails. i get medium length acrylics, coffin shape. each time i go i continuously get the wrong shape. this time was much worse than others. the wait was about 2 hours and my nails are OVAL. for the prices they charge it's outrageous and i'm so upset that i spent the money for nails i don't even like. i'm also not the type f person to speak up and say something.

The place was OK. I expected better from the previous ratings but this nail salon is NOT all that. The wait is pretty long on average about 2-4 hours. The prices on their sign is not what you pay. The staff who did my nails charged me over more than what the sign said I had to pay. The place looks run down. The staff doesn't check up on you during the nail process. It was a waste of time and money. My nails did come out nice but honestly I had a bad experience. It was not worth it. NEVER AGAIN

I forgot to mention that one day I went in for a refill and asked for a SIMPLE yellow color. John said he hates the color yellow and yelled it out loud in front of the other customers making me look stupid. He asked me why don't I choose pink instead and said he hates yellow nails. He painted them anyways and complained the entire time and he did such a bad job. There was lint on the polish and it was so patchy and sparse looking. There was also a lot of bubble that he didn't bother fixing because he seemed in a rush. My acrylics had looked bulky and unprofessional
I have been a long time customer for years. I have not been happy with the service I received for some time. Waite time is 2-3 hours. John the owner has done my nails for several years. Here lately every time he does my nails 2 to 3 nails fall off and when I come back he charges me extra to replace the nails! Sorry John you don't do a crappy job and expect people to continue to come back! I always tip him well but for the terrible service I have been receiving I will have to say that I will never come back here again!
