love this salon! don't really get the bad reviews but I always go to the same people!! Cindy for my eyebrows & Kevin for pedicure! they never disappoint and I'll be honest.. I've got some dry and crusty feet lol Kevin always brings them back to life, god bless him

This nail salon made my sisters toe get infected because they did not properly sanitize their utensils. she had to go to urgent care and they had to literally CUT her toe nail from the skin and now it is wrapped up and healing. this is the 3rd time something like this has happened but this is the first time it's been infected and we had to go to serious measures. this is a HUGE reason to not go to this nail salon. they look clean but they ARE NOT!!!! 0/10 DONT RECOMMENDED.

They don't listen.  
Also if you want Gel Full Set Nails, this is not the place for you as they only do acrylic set. (Antiquated)

Came to Super Nail & Spa today for service around 9:30 am.   Initially requested a mani -pedi.  However, in the midst of my pedi requested a full set of nails.   The lady says you ordered a mani pedi.  I said I  know but I changed my mind and now want a full set after the pedi. She says ok.  Then later move to nail station and the guy is working on my nails.  I  said don't forget my tips.  The lady comes back and say oh did know that you wanted tip.
We just  had a full conversation about it.  2.5 hours and $45 later  I leave with my nails cut down to nothing (and I came in with natural nails).

I have been going to the salon for two years I have always been a loyal customer and have always been on time. There have been times that the owner Cindy has made me wait a maximum of 30 minutes because she was still doing someone else knows I never complained I waited patiently. Recently I called and to let her know I will be about 20 minutes late due to some issues with one of my children she quickly told me how she could not accommodate that she even went as far as putting a walk-in person and my place and cancel my appointment not only was that wrong it was very distasteful considering the fact that that time was alotted it for me and also I had an appointment and have been a customer for two years that is not how you do people especially customers who is consistent. This is a prime example of companies getting too comfortable with people and thinking they can treat them any kind away I will not be returning because there is more than one salon where this comes from and better ones. This is what happens when people take other people for granted and to all my fellow sisters and brothers go out and get your own nail salons so that we can keep our money within our own communities because the Asians do it all the time....  I'm over it and them!

They didn't use any product on my nails!!!! No oil, no conditioner, NOTHING!!!. just water. Barely put lotion on my hands.  Same thing with my pedicure. I'm pretty sure they have cuticle oil they should use before cutting them. I guess u get what u pay for
