This stylist is nice until you question her about charges she added to your StyleSeat account that you have no idea what they are.

She'll tell you, oh you have to get this and that so your hair can grow back....ok, how much is this and that? Instead of her giving you an accurate breakdown of ALL the services she performed along with the prices, she'll manually add a large "Adjustment" charge of hundreds of dollars to your StyleSeat account with no specific details. After asking her multiple times what did she charge me and for what, she told me she'll text or email me the full details of my receipt....that NEVER happened.

Since I could not get a direct response from her, I sent a message through StyleSeat....and instead of providing me a receipt with a breakdown of exactly what she charged, like myself and StyleSeat asked her to do, she replied VERY Rudely and Unprofessional. She would not cooperate and only responded this one time and ignored all other messages. If she was telling the truth, she would've provided the correct receipt.

If I would've came in contact with the many other women who was taken advantage of by her before getting my hair done, I would've never ever wasted my time on these overrated services. She takes advantage of new clients and their vulnerability of looking for help with their hair.

She'll tell you to cashapp her $50 that's supposed to be a deposit to make your appointment and that it will be put towards your bill, but she won't do that. Do NOT cashapp her. StyleSeat is just a platform for stylist to use and they cannot refund you, but do everything through them anyway. They NOW have a disclaimer on their website saying not to pay funds any other way except through their platform. My bank flagged her as a fraud before I even contacted them. Thankfully I got my money back, because I provided detailed proof, and she got paid for only what she should've, NOT the additional unknown hundreds of dollars she tried to charge me. BEWARE.

Inca waxed my eyebrows to perfection! She told me that she also straightens natural hair. I will have to go back and try it one day.

Inca is awesome. She specializes in short cuts & does some of the best work I've seen from styles for mature women to younger, edgy styles. The ONLY female I trust taking clippers to my head. I always get compliments from guys, including barbers asking who cut my hair!   It's a small shop, just Inca & her daughter (sometimes) assisting with shampoo & wrapping/prepping. She is pricey, with no "you've been coming to me consistently" hookup in sight, but I always leave her small salon feeling the style was well worth it. She uses top of the line products & her styles are just that decent. I've never witnessed any drama in her shop, ever. Inca is very funny & down to Earth. Worth the drive from Wilmington, Dover or where ever I move to next.
