I was looking for a new salon since I recently moved from a different state and found it! I was serviced right away by Jenny. She was super sweet and informative and we had great conversation. She listened to me and gave me exactly what I asked for while being gentle and quick. I will definitely be coming to Crystal Nails from now on and I highly recommend Jenny if you're looking for top notch, long lasting nails!
I have been getting my eyelashes and nails done at this establishment for years. They know my face when I walk in the door and know exactly what I want. she do great designs and the prices are reasonable.
On 9/24/2021 I visited Crystal Nails.
Let me start by saying that I understand the salon is short staffed. However, I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have never had an issue until recently. I requested the dip powder service (this service includes a soak off of previous dip powder and a manicure- if you have natural nails, which I do). Lisa was the nail technician that was performing my service. She filed the remaining polish off that was left after soaking and proceeded to redip my nails. I reminded her that I was supposed to receive a manicure (I ALWAYS receive a manicure with this service). She pulls the cuticle cutter out, pulls a few cuticles off and tells me that I DON'T NEED ONE!! So, I tell her that I always receive one with my service and that it's advertised that way. She then says that she knows how to do her job and to let her do her job. I told her penalizing customers and not providing a full service due to their staffing issues is unacceptable. When a service is advertised, that's what a customer is expecting to receive for the price requested. If the staff is going to intentionally withhold a service, they should intentionally charge according to what you receive. To make a long story short- I was reimbursed the remaining balance on the gift card I had and will no longer be patronizing this establishment!! If I can't ask a question about a service that I know I should receive without anyone trying to get smart, then I can I longer support you!!
Why should I wait over an hour and then be rushed through my service???
I would never return to this establishment. I paid $30 for individual lashes that lasted 2 days. I went back to the management staff to express my disappointment. I was told that it was my fault to pay again.
