Benefit Cosmetics BrowBar in Rochester, NH

This place was great! The makeup delicious, it really satisfied my craving. And i'll definitely be attending it on another day.

I have made a few stops into this Ulta location, and I feel now that I can give it a proper review.

The store itself is gorgeous. Beautiful, easy to navigate, and just overall very pleasing to the eye. The inside and outside is always very clean and tidy.

The staff, at least the employees working during my visits, are ok. They may greet you, or may not. They may be helpful, and they may not. It's really just hit or miss depending who is working.

Ulta carries a wide variety of beauty products, and it is heaven for someone like myself who loves all this beauty! They carry both higher end brands, drug store brands and their own Ulta brands. I am a member of their rewards program, so I'm often sent a coupon to use to save a little money, but you can always find a decent deal in store as well. I do recommend signing up for their rewards program, you get some lovely perks throughout the year.

Overall this is a nice location to visit if you are in the area.

I don't understand the bad reviews, everyone here is great and very helpful. I go to Katherine to get my eyebrows waxed & tinted and she does an amazing job every time, I won't go to anyone else. Corey, who is a manager I believe, is always so helpful and sweet if you ever need anything. They are great with returns & are always willing to give suggestions. Probably one of the best staff at any of the Ulta's I've been to. Give them a try yourself & make up your own mind. The reviews seem to be from a select few bad experiences possibly with different management. Love that this place is just down the street!

This was my second stop at this location. Only one cashier while other employees  chatted and she was in a dispute with a customer about s return. Manager watched the whole thing, never opened another register and proceeded to argue with the customer. I waited way too long, left my purchases there. Very poorly run. Will stick with online...... from

Bright, clean, pleasant employees and maybe you might pay a little more per item than if you went to a discount store that starts with a "W" but it is worth it for the diversity of product and the experience.
