Great Clips in Rochester, NH

I would steer clear of this salon. There are a few good stylists in there that are great and seem to like their job. But there's a few in particular (more than a few times now) that have miserable, rude attitudes and can't even be bothered to greet people and immediately ask, "did you check in online?" How about start off with, "Hi, how are you?" Or "Welcome to Great Clips." Two different times in the waiting area I've heard this particular stylist bad mouth the client(s) that were just in her chair, right after they walked out the door. UNPROFESSIONAL. The owner needs to have a friend or family member go in like a secret shopper, wait in that waiting area and observe her stylist's poor attitudes and personalities. Short staffed, overworked, I understand but I couldn't believe this treatment is what you want representing your salon. If it weren't for coupons I wouldn't bother going but once those are used up, I won't go back. Unfortunately the coupons and punch cards are tied to this location. I will say though - one stylist that stood out to me was Terralynn. She's been great with myself and my kids, and honestly these other stylists there need to take notes from her. I really don't like giving my money (x3 since I also bring my 2 kids here) to places with such lousy customer service so I'll gladly drive to the next few cities over to find a place that treats their clients properly. If they're that unhappy at their jobs or with clientele, find new jobs!

Overpriced terrible haircuts. Find a local salon, trust me. I ended up almost bald with razor burn.

I know times are challenging with COVID.  I needed a hair cut, and visited their website to book on-line.  Their App stated it would be 57 minutes or less for my appointment.  I live about a half hour away, so figure by the time I drive, I'll only have maybe half hour to wait for appointment.  Upon arriving, parked right out front, I call to let them know I'm there, only for them to tell me it's going to be an hour so before they can get me in.  I asked what's the point of the App, and On-line appointments.  The sign on their door even stated to use the App/Website.  She stated they only have two stylists. My suggestion don't use the on-line booking, CALL.. I wasted time, rearranged my schedule, I was taking a break from work.  Horrible Service.

Becca, the Young stylish with nose earring  and unhappy face almost cut my son's ear, not even bother to clean the hair debris from his face and neck. That girl was rude.

I've been here 3 times now and they've been great!  They save in their system the exact way I like my hair cut which helps a ton because I am never able to remember if it's a 3 on top, 1 on the sides or whatever else.

I've had my hair cut by two different stylists and they've both been great.  Talkative, friendly and very reasonable priced.

I read the review about the client with a firearm and even though I agree they should not have been so over the top they have never been anything g but polite, accommodating and very friendly to me.

I definitely recommend them!
