So this place rocks. Specifically Renee Cope who is an extremely skilled colorist and hairstylist. Extremely skilled. Does bayalage foil free. She is so good and knows my hair so well, she can take my anesthesia damaged old white lady hair and make it vibrant. Not quickly though, it's a 3 + hr process, but she's got to do a LOT. Pricing is very reasonable, the shop is nicely decorated, and you get offered refreshments. Vibe is great , I learned new music on many occasions, and they have a lovely , friendly little shop dog sometimes. Good selection of products for sale, not horribly overpriced.
Went today to try to reschedule an appointment and was told they wouldn't reschedule me because I didn't inform them I couldn't make my last appointment. I informed them I had hit a deer that morning and obviously that wasn't top priority. They still refused due to no call no show. Ridiculous. Very unprofessional and unpleasant atmosphere. I would strongly suggest finding a more compassionate salon.
Got a haircut. My stylist was beyond welcoming super friendly. Very clean and reasonable pricing. She did everything I asked her to do.
Very professional salon. Pleasantly greeted by a receptionist when you walk through the door. Renee always makes an opening available to accommodate me. My head never looks or feels better after she is done. I get compliments on my beard after she cleans up the mess I am. Absolutely recommend Extreme Hair and Renee.
