I can't stop sharing my before and after pictures. From what I hear, ALL of these girls are AMAZING. Today though I "cheated on my hairdresser" and had my hair highlighted by the sweetest girl Bailey. She has such a calming presence about her like you have known her for years. I wanted brighter blond highlights...which for those that know, can be scary. From the minute I entered till the minute I left I felt pampered and taken care of. When I left, I literally couldn't stop looking at my rear mirror. I went home and keep doing the same thing...I'm just so impressed. Bailey I am sending tons of people your way girl

Got my hair done today and am so unhappy it's not what I asked for at all. I asked for a full foil highlight  pale yellow. shoulder length hair cut with layers to thin out my thick hair. What I got was not that at all. Everything was going fine while she was doing foils the placement looked good and then all of a sudden she stared spraying my hair with water thought maybe she was just concerned her foils would bleed and trying to slow down process then she started pulling some different bleach through the hair that wasn't in foils this is not what I asked for so I don't know why she did it figured it could still be saved so I kept my mouth shut. I told her I didn't want orange at all what did I get a strait up orange ombré. I am so unhappy I cried the whole way home and put it up the second I could. Going to dye it back to brown what it was b4 and take myself to get a cut I asked for once it grows out some. All I have to say is I won't be back. Listen to your customers and just do what they ask and you will get repeat business but when you don't you get a highly unsatisfied customer who wants to shave her head like me. Other then my awful hair place was clean and stylist was nice she just didn't do what I wanted and for $200 I should want to have my hair down and show it off after getting it done not pull it up in a bun and hop no one notices how bad it is

Amber is absolutely fantastic! The studio itself is very cute, good ambiance, and clean. All stylists appeared to have a strong level of professionalism and were very skilled. I made an appointment to come in for blonde highlights and a hair cut. Amber listened for EXACTLY what I wanted and executed those exact results. As a blonde, it's hard to get that beige beautiful color you want without it being mustard yellow or bronze. Amber was able to achieve exactly the results I was looking for and I walked out thrilled. She did my hair 1 week before my wedding and I couldn't have been more pleased. My hair didn't have any zebra stripes in it, the color was natural looking and well blended and it was so enjoyable getting to know her and talk to her during my appointment. I would HIGHLY recommend this salon!
