D C Nails in Rochester, NH

I'm not happy about the service I recieved at dc nails the first time I went there Maria did my nails great the second time I called for an appointment with Maria got a time but when I went for my appointment another women did my nails when I left they felt funny but I was glad to have them done after quarantine but a couple of days went by and my pinky nail fell off and another one was about to so I went back the next week and they charged me ten dollars to fix them ok then the next week one by one the other nails fell off so I called them and the man said to me that they would charge me again. To fix them well I got my nails done somewhere else and I won't be giving them my business anymore

Have gone here for years. Always good work, and last longer than anywhere else I've been. Clean, friendly, and fair priced.

I got dip nails here i paid $50 qnd 4 days after they were done 3 of my nqils are already chipped/cracked... i wouldnt recommend this place they are going to fix them for me... but im highly unsatisfied

After reading mixed reviews I decided to give the salon a try anyways because it's close to my house. I got a pedicure. I got the young girl as my nail tech that I had read poor reviews about. She barely did any cuticle work and didn't evenly cut or shape my nails. She didn't cut back my big toe nails from the skin at all like most other salons do. Her paint job was sloppy and the entire process was rushed. I easily could've done a better job myself. That was a waste of money. I won't be going back.

I recommended DC Nails to a friend, and she went online to read the reviews.  I'm surprised that there were so many negative comments.  But then I looked at the dates!!  There are only a couple of "new" comments, and most of them go back a year or more.  DC Nails has gone through a rough time lately, when the wife of the owner suddenly passed away.  The owner has been going through a few new people, trying to restock his staff.  It's been a rough patch for him, but never have I been completely unsatisfied with pedicures.  I cannot do my own toes anymore, and I do not get my fingernails done.  So I can't speak for hands -- but I am usually very satisfied with the pedicures and the people who do the job.  I don't think DC Nails deserved the recent really bad review it got.   It's NOT a filthy place, or I wouldn't go there every month.  I give it four stars, at least!!
