WHERE HAS BABYDOLL BEAUTY COUTURE GONE?  When I go to Las Vegas I always stop in this shop for some kind of beauty treatment. I went there yesterday (12/31/19) and the shop was empty, empty empty!  No salon chairs, no furniture, no sign on the door, nothing. Where have they moved to?  They were there in November with no indication of a move. The owner had a good concept and they were always busy, so why the mystery?

The address to this salon is 2605 N. decatur #112A. Do not work for her she is really good at getting work out of you with the promise of payments. found out she was lying about why she was always a slow pay then a no pay, she owes estimated 1000 dollars for work already completed in the salon and at her home, she refuses to pay and now wont answer the phone, labor board will pick up case, and a demand letter will follow this review, were not the only ones disappointed by Jaime Lopez.dont get taken by the big cartel. It was my birthday and they had a cake and cocktails ready. They sang happy birthday I was a Queen for a day. I got a pedi and the young lady was gentle due to arthritis in my knees. Then the AWSOME young lady Lin that did my nails pimp them out with all kinds of bling. Beautiful nails and toes. I will go back and you should try them. BIG GIRLS SUPPORT. You will be comfortable.

This is an update to my prior review.  My initial experience with Babydoll Beauty Couture was good, later experience has over shadowed it.  I got married in November and made a hair and mani/pedi appointment for my maid of honor and I the morning of my wedding.  This appointment was made weeks in advance.  I was asked to pay a deposit through Paypal to hold the time slot, which I had no problem doing.  After payment was sent through Paypal I called back to double check everything was set.

Fast forward several weeks to the morning of my wedding.  My maid of honor and I show up 15 minutes before our appointment and no one was there.  This was a Thursday morning.  We waited by their front door for almost an hour and no one showed up, no one answered the phone, nothing.  This is Las Vegas, finding last minute appointments like this are not easy.  I was lucky enough to find another place to at least get a manicure, skipped the pedicure, ended up doing my own hair, and through it all was LATE to my own wedding because of their mismanagement the stress caused me on my once in a lifetime wedding day!  

I left several messages and it took forever for Jamie to call me back.  When she did, even though I sent her screen shots from my paypal and forwarded my email payment confirmation she denied they ever received payment and that is why the appointment was canceled.  I had to petition paypal for a refund.  

I don't care how good their stylists are, this is not a professional location.  They obviously do not value their customers, their customer's time, or their commitments (like a wedding!).  I will never patron this shop again and would advise anyone who is considering going here, do not schedule appointments on days where you have important prior commitments.

This is an amazing one-stop shop for hair, nails, and makeup . All the employees are sweet, welcoming, and professional. I have been to Malia for my nails twice and left satisfied every time. She insures I am
Happy with the design and shape. The hair stylist Naticee is quick, versatile , and very talented. They also provide makeup including eyelashes which is a plus to me. Overall excellent experience and I shall be a repeat, returning customer!!
