No one answered the phone to book an appointment. I stopped by and lady was gone for the day so I made an appointment for the following day. I got there 5 min before my appointment time, door was locked. I knocked on door and waited outside for a few minutes (there was no ring bell). I called them and nobody answered the phone. It was a waste of my time, twice!
If I could give less I would. Especially to the grey haired old lady (review mainly for her!) I have a nephew who HAD beautiful curls. I asked for a trim and fade on the sides LIKE THE PICTURE and apparently she doesn't know how to do that. She left him BALD AS FUCK. My nephew even tried to stop her and she continued! She denied it that anyone said anything. I told her if you didn't understand then ask somebody! Then she said she was going to glue it back on like a crazy person, to a CUSTOMER. Yeah no. The other gentleman and the woman basically everyone else was good. But this woman. BEWARE. SHE NEEDS A HEARING AID.
