Been here 4 times and the lashes do not last. I should have known better I reached out to them and they told me management will contact me and they never did. The last set they only lasted for 3 days!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
As an update, Shauna G. The Business Owner never once reached out. Neither has any of the other staff or employee members on behalf of her. Extremely poor management and service here. I also never received a refund from the company. Don't worry though, I do in fact still receive promotional offers from them.

I really enjoyed my services at LivBay in Summerlin. The first time I went- I wasn't too happy with my lash set but it grew on me. I chose a different artist my second time around and I was so so happy I gave it a second chance. My retention has been incredible and I have no doubt that it's the products they use. The music is great, you can hear conversations in nearby rooms but you have the opportunity to take a little comfy nap. I give 4 stars because I wish their prices weren't so high but I understand why they do this. I do recommend LivBay for lash extensions. They have so much availability and their hours cater to any lifestyle!

She is seriously such a talented lash artist. She is gentle, timely and walks you through the lash process easily. I will only be booking with her from now on!
