Supercuts in Las Vegas, NV

I went in on Saturday for a trim and some bangs. I said "long layers and curtain bangs". I showed her a picture. I think her name was Carla. To be honest, stay far away from her. I could have sworn she said "I'm so nervous right now I don't know why" but in my head I was like "she didn't just say that. There's no way. I must have misheard her" well after my "cut" she most definitely said that. After my "long layers" she took a picture (don't know why, instead of using a mirror to show me) and my hair didn't even look touched. Maybe a centimeter off the ends. Maybe? Whatever. I could deal with that. Then she says "anything else?" And I'm like "yeah curtain bangs" and again I show her the picture. She then cuts my hair to the length of the middle of my eyes. I promise you the picture I showed her of curtain bangs, not a single hair on that girls head is that short. So why in the world did she cut them that short, I'll never know. Maybe she closed her eyes. Then she only cuts one said to ask me what I thought. Given that it was 100% wrong, I'm now frustrated and literally sweating. I said "just cut them straight across" I didn't want straight across bangs but at least I can deal with it. The only good thing she did was keep them long, because I knew I'd have to go home to fix them and didn't want to lose much more length in the bangs. So she cuts awful bangs, and still tries to part them to the side. Why??? And I'm brushing them forward and say "it's fine. My hair is used to parting in the middle, it just needs time to go back to the front. I'll go home and style it" and she says "oh I'll style it for you" weary I say ok. She gets the straightener to give the bangs a little direction then says "oops" again not something you ever want to hear from the person doing your hair. I now have Shirley temple curl bangs. I'm sweating profusely now. I tell her "just wet them. Just spray them down and I'll fix it at home" and I get up to pay. She could not have expected a tip from that hack job. Girlfriend, I showed you what I wanted 3 times. And now have to go somewhere else to fix your mistake.

Affordable, professional, kind, good! My husband had been teting to get this new hair cur, he teied many different places and the results were very unsatisfying, Supercuts was easy, intuitive, affordable and ultimately very successful, he was very happy,  was happy too, he looked great! Thank you!

So yesterday I walked into this Supercuts to get a short pixie and got a shaved head ‍ I liked it at first because she kept saying when I go home to style it it would look right, but no it doesn't I look like I lost my damn mind! I will be going back tomorrow when they are open to get the rest shaved off. I started 2023 with no hair I guess....

One stylist in whole store why have 6 stations if u only will have one employee to answer phones and do haircuts.   Took 1 hour to complete a bus cut with one size clipper guard because of ringing phone and walk ins.  What a waste of possible revenue opportunities.

I went to get a simple hair cut and regret going here. All I wanted was a fade and a little trim off the top. Apparently the lady cutting my hair didn't know how to fade so the other lady came over and started shaving my side before even putting the top in a clip. I DID NOT GET A FADE!! This is the worst hair cut I have ever gotten in my life!!
