Worst decision I've ever made to take my daughter to this place. Price is not an issue as long it has good result. This hairstylist Gina doesn't know what she's doing. My daughter showed her the photos of hairstyle she wanted. To make the long story short; it didn't looked like the one on the photo. She cuts
it way too short. It looks like a bowl haircut. She was rude when I paid her. Shes unprofessional and totally lack of technique. Do not come to this salon. One star won't even deserved this place.
If I can give this place a negative I would. The place is expensive and my hairdresser Joy is the worst! She said "you are paying for our years of experience and the quality of our work". Believe me, I don't mind paying if you get the job done. This is the worst salon ever!!! I brought in a picture of a simple cut with a slight layer on the side. She gave me a shaggy look saying "this suits you, you need more body in your hair". So stupid! I did not ask for her opinion, otherwise I would not have brought a picture nor given instructions on what I wanted to happen. I would have let her have her way. Ugh! And by the way, she cuts your hair wet! Who does that these days???!!! That alone gives you a clue that THIS WOMAN DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE'S DOING!!!
Been living here since 2011.I searched and searched for a good hairdresser.Tried Great Clips and staff s eemed to be practicing on their customers hair.Then my aesthetistician sported a new hairstyle.I went to see Gina.She was such a good stylist and styled ny hair just the way i like it.She doesnt rush...cuts your hair with finesse and ends up exactly the way you want it.Try her and you'll keep coming back.
Nora is fantastic and so nice and talented. She lightened my hair with some product that I brought her, and although they asked me to sign a waiver just in case, it came out perfectly.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Went here before to have my hair done. WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE!!!! My "stylist" was Joy. She was nice but DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE'S DOING!! She fixed my hair and told me not to wash it until the 3rd day. She let me leave the salon with my hair soaking wet from all the chemicals she put on my hair. I didn't know how it would turn out since I couldn't wash my hair for 3 days.
So, after 3 days I washed it and air dried it. I also applied the hair product she pressured me to buy. IT WAS HORRIBLE!! My hair became VERY dry and uneven!!! MY HAIR LOOKED LIKE A BROOM!!! I called them to have it fixed. The lady on the phone kept cutting me in the middle of my sentences?! Uhh, RUDE?!
She also told me that Joy (the "stylist") told her that they were actually expecting me to call back to have my hair fixed. My heart sank.....
At that point, I broke down and cried because THEY KNEW MY HAIR WAS HORRIBLE AND THEY LET ME LEAVE THE STORE!! I was very embarrassed because I looked like Hagrid from harry potter walking around the school... Most humiliating day of my life
STAY AWAY AND AVOID WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS SALON.
