Architexture Salon in Cleveland, OH

Cannot have enough praise for Architexture!!! Owner Geoff is fantastic & by observations all staff is professional, knowledgeable, beautiful results from their work. I have received multiple haircuts from Geoff and he is truly a master. I'm laid-back, not too much fuss person but since I also was in the business 10+ years & I taught hair cutting classes I would be described as a "difficult, more picky client" Never made complaints at other salons, just hopped around. Feel like I hit the lottery once I became client at Architexture! Never had anything except exceptional, precise, exemplary service. Highly recommend salon and huge thank you to business for consistent & outstanding services!!!!

I don't know where to begin.... I'm utterly traumatized. I went into this "salon" as a new client, seeking a new stylist. I wanted a haircut with long layers. PLEASE NOTE~ when I arrived today, before my appointment, I had a beautiful head of healthy, waist length hair!!!! I told Stacey I wanted to cut 3" off of the length & add some fun textured layers. I brought in half a dozen detailed photos of what I was seeking & discussed it with her at length before we began. I am now left with the DISASTER OF A NIGHTMARE you see in the photos. I'm utterly distraught. When I calmly tried to show her the GIANT HOLE she left chopped into my hair, she kept trying to hide it by moving my hair around & then finally disappeared in the back. The manager/owner? Came out & said he'd comp the cut & offered to cut more off to fix the huge hole in my hair but I was so shook up I was trying not to bawl, and I declined more being cut off because I couldn't fathom losing more hair... he then got very cold & dismissive... so I left, basically in tears. Do NOT trust this salon. Honestly, I can't help but feel like this was somehow spiteful or something....

I am SO HAPPY to have found this place! I moved from California back in July, where I had the same hairstylist for about 6 years. I didn't think I could possibly find anyone to do my hair as well as my old stylist did, but Stacy has been amazing! Since my first visit 7 months ago, I have always left extremely happy with my haircut. She definitely has taken the time to get to know me and how I like my hair done, and I will remain a customer for as long as I'm here!

I was incredibly disappointed with my hair coloring experience. I had gone to Architexture to have my hair dyed a warm chocolate brown color. I'm naturally a brunette so the hair coloring treatment should not have been an extensive process. When coordinating with my hair stylist I had requested that my hair color to be more on the blonde spectrum and did not want any red hue in my hair. However, the end result was quite the opposite. My hair came out looking like Black Widow from the Marvel movies--- which don't get me wrong, she's a bad ass, but her hair is nothing close to what I had requested. So I went back to have it fixed. They did this free of charge, which I appreciated and is also why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. However, the second time my hair and out worse. My hair still had a red hue and is rather than warming the brown tone, he made my hair a veeeerry dark brown. I was told the darkness would wash out in a week but it ever did. It's so dissapointing because I had done a ton of research before booking with Architexture. The reviews seemed to speak highly of them. But now it's six months later an my hair is JUST starting to come back to normal. I really really miss my original hair color.

From the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile, welcoming attitude......... Stacy. did my hair,..... she was no less than outstanding in how she did my hair. When she got done it was wonderful. The color was spot on, and the cut was perfect. While she was doing my hair she brained stormed with me on events for my one tank trip meet up group. There should be a 10 star review. All of you in that salon THANK YOU... I will give you a 10 star review..********** There.
