Great and efficient haircut, Tressa understands what kind of haircut I wanted even with what little info I provided.

In town for a wedding and in desperate need of a haircut. Was able to book online a few days in advance and the prices are reasonable. The salon is cute and well maintained. Greeted with a warm welcome from Tressa who recalled speaking to me on the phone the day prior. Sammy was ready to go when I arrived and cut my hair to perfection. The cut also included a full wash, above and beyond what I get at the barber in NYC. Exactly what I needed on this trip, and would be a great spot for locals looking for hair services and good vibes.

i'm leaving this review for the OHIO CITY location here because there is nowhere to leave one for that specific location. I got my hair permed by the manager of the OHIO CITY location, Ariel, last week. I'll start off by saying the experience was great. Everyone was very friendly and the hospitality was also great. That unfortunately is the only positive experience i had. I immediately asked my stylist if my hair was even okay to be permed because it's been worked on in the past, she said the integrity of my hair was fine so we proceeded. My hair is completely fried and there is about 20% curl left in my "perm" i was concerned about my hair only a day after i got it done so i called the salon and was instructed to come in on Friday to see what could be done. I will say, i did ask for a loose curl perm but i still wanted beach waves basically. i went in and again everyone was friendly but all that was done was Ariel spraying a bunch of sea salt spray in my hair to give me "curls" but my hair was so crunchy after that and stiff. I waited three days to wash my hair (Sunday) and this is it today with minimal product but it has been styled and dried with a diffuser. To be fair i have not called again to ask for a refund but from the vibe i got when i went back the first time i have assumed i wouldn't get a refund.

I am in Cleveland on business, and had the urge to make a big chop off my hair. I called the Studio Hair Salon and they were able to fit me in the next day. I was with Tressa, who was absolutely lovely. She explained everything she was doing step by step, giving options, describing the products used and why they were right for my type of hair, and even gave me tips of how to style it as she was doing. I am sooooo happy with how my hair came out. I can't recommend her enough. Thank you!

I am someone who absolutely loves to get weekly blowouts but I am very picky about who does them... I came across Tressa at The Studio Hair Salon Downtown and was naturally nervous the first time I came in, which was in May. Let's just say I have been coming back to get my weekly blowout ever since. Not only is she personable but she is incredibly talented and there has not been one time that I haven't left feeling fabulous. I seriously wouldn't go anywhere else in Cleveland.
