I've been going to a different salon for a while for my nails then I remembered this place. I had moved about an hour away. But it was so worth it to go back to Hollywood Star Nails and have Dina do to my nails and I had a new employee my pedicure, so well worth the money and the time I just sat back and enjoy the entire process. Noo is his name and he was wonderful. Can't wait to go back in another couple weeks..
Called multiple times with a question. No return call. Tried to cancel because I didn't get an answer to my question, auto response said I would be charged. Very disappointed. I wonder if the vendor realizes the missed calls. One of my Groupons is expired now- so I also lost money since I couldn't use it and decided to go elsewhere.
I wanted to give a quick review as I tried this place out years ago and wasn't that impressed. I came back twice now in the last month and had Lee do my acrylic gel fills and he did a great job. I am very picky about the shape and length and he did a phenomenal job both times now. I am now a permanent customer for Lee. Thank you!!
I have been coming here for 15+years and Dina and Henry are great. This is one of the cleanest nail salons you will go to. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! Most bad reviews are due to walk in waits and sure you'll wait when they are in such high demand. They work VERY hard here. I found a gal that does great pedicures her name is Crystal. Fabulous job on my feet!
I waited 3 hours for the owner to say they taking appointments first , I got here at 3:30 it is now 6:10 and the owner is just now responding, the receptionist has been walking past and hasn't said anything to me about it at all , the fact the receptionist saw me come in and didn't say oh just so you know this is the wait time this is my second time coming in here and the last. Never again. Will I ever come back here. Terrible service. To the point i almost got out of my character I don't recommend to anyone. And I'm pregnant as hell at that and the owner wants to come and argue back and forth with me .
