Aniston's Nails & Spa in Sterling, VA

I don't know the tech's name, but my nail tech was an older lady who was very nice but I did not enjoy her services. I went in for a basic mani pedi combo but I was really unhappy with the final product. The tech nipped a few cuticles really badly and you can see my left pinky has a scab over it now. But the tech still put polish on the nip that it stung pretty bad. Even after making my cuticle bleed, she continued to be pretty rough on my fingers even though my cuticles weren't in bad shape. As for polish, it was horrendous... nail tech made a mark on one of my nails, and she didn't fix it. I didn't notice until I got in the car because I felt rushed to leave. Which by the way, they didnt apply my top coat until I was done with my pedi. How was I supposed to put on my shoes without touching my nails...? Onto my toes, I didn't do a color but same thing with the cuticles. She kept clipping the side corners of my toe nails essentially creating a hang nail and then basically ripping it off and also was really rough in the clean up. I will definitely not be coming back. I was really disappointed after seeing good reviews.

Wanted to let you know my concern because i thought that todays service wasnt 100% like others i do understand that it was an hour before closing but i could have been told come another day. I was truly thinking on reviewing you guys for this service. There was no cuticles taken out, i wasnt given lotion at the end, some of the design was off . I do understand she did her best again i think it was because of the timing. I DID tip because i know she put her time , effort not sure or maybe 50/50. I dont believe i will be returning cause i am a paying customer and never had any issues, just that i should have been treated and given the same amount of time like others. My honest opinion maybe dont get customers one hour before closing if the service will be quick. Thanks leaving pictures for reference i went today @6:00pm and waited till 6:20/6:30 to be taken care of.nails wherent shaped good nor filed well. The experience was awful this time.

My coworker and I came in randomly today wanting a gel pedi each and it was our first time at this salon, Let me just say not only did they accommodate us with short notice but they were also very pleasant. They did an amazing job on our pedicures by far one of the best I've had in my 31 years of life. I believe Preston was the name of my tech and James did my co workers. Not only is the pricing beyond reasonable but they also do an amazing job and do not make you feel rushed. We will most def be back.

Fantastic customer service. I recommend 10 out of 10. They truly cater to their customers and want to ensure that every customer leaves happy.

So I decided to give this place a try based on most of the good reviews. Upon walking into the place it seemed clean however, I was not greeted right away and one of the manicurist working up front was really not very friendly. Getting to my pedicure; since I only wanted to try the place out, I got the basic pedicure. I asked about having a design painted on each big toe but was told by the owner, Tracy, that they only know how to do designs on gel pedicures. Say what??? So I asked her what they did before gel polish was invented. She claims that they didn't do designs. . Now I've gotten plenty of pedicures, not using gel polish, and the manicurist was definitely able to add on designs. Sounds to me like they just wanted to make more money off of me. That was a HUGE turn off so not sure I'll be back. Not to mention that the lady, Fupa, I believe her name was, was quite heavy and rough handed, rushing through my pedicure. Not the experience I had hoped for...
