I went the other day for a full set and I had pictures of the styles I wanted. They didn't even care to look at my pictures and just sat me down. They asked me to pick a color for my pedicure and I showed them the picture of the one I wanted again. They just said ok. Then they asked me if I wanted glitter, I said no, and decided to show them the picture for the third time. They said they were going to do something similar and just did my pedicure in white which was nothing alike the one I wanted. When it was time to do my manicure, they asked me to pick a color. I showed them the picture of the manicure I wanted and they brought in a light pink to start. They said they were gonna put it in and if I didn't like it they were gonna take it off. The pink they put in was way lighter than the pink in the picture I showed them. So, I told them I didn't like it. They took it off and told me they were not able to do the manicure I wanted and said they were going to do something much better. They brought a white nail polish and proceeded to do one of my nails. Then they asked me if I liked it. I said I was ok and they did all my nails in that color. I went in today and asked them if they could fix. They said they couldn't because they were too busy (they only had two customers). So, I decided to go somewhere else to get my nails fixed. In the other place, I was told that my nails had chemicals that were illegal (not meant to be used in nails).
Great experience! I needed a very simple gel manicure in a pink color (with some sparkle!) and they did a great job! Wednesday morning pretty much right when they opened, I was the only one in there! Courteous, friendly staff. Very clean and professional environment! Completely reasonable prices comparable to other salons in the area! I will definitely be back! Thank you!
This has been my go-to spot for over 12 years now. Smaller staff, but their kindness and work makes up for it!
My visit was very uncomfortable and after leaving I noticed that there are cuts on my fingers which is painful. The technician continued to dig her longer nails into my fingers. She continued to do so even after I mentioned that my finger was bleeding. Hours after I left, my fingers still hurt. I don't think I will come back.
I was recommended to this nail salon and it did not disappoint, I was told to try with "May" or her husband. "May" did her job beautifully, pleasant person and listened to what I wanted, I will be coming back.
