I recently went to this salon on a whim and had Azam cut my hair. I told her what I wanted and the cut and style she did turned out better than I imagined. Azam is so sweet and experienced and her prices are incredibly fair. I will definitely be coming back!
Although announced in their website at http://www.towncenterhairsalon.com/ that first time client will get a free hair cut, they will say if you read it carefully it is saying free with chemical product service. When you ask how much is that service, she will tell you it is $60. I will say it is a misleading ads.
I have been going to Azam since I moved to the area in 2001. When I started going I lived in Sterling however last year I moved to Gainesville and still make my appointment with her ever 6 weeks. Great haircut, great conversations and fabulous people
I have been going to this salon for many years now. It's not particularliy convenient for me to go to as I live in Arlington (I drive 45 minutes each way to get there), but it's absolutely worth the drive. The owner, Azam, is attentive and gives the best haircuts. She's been in the business for several decades now and definitely knows what she's doing. I recently got married and had my haircut there and I think that was the best haircut I've ever received. The prices are extremely reasonable, particularly for the quality of service--Azam is as good as it gets and the rest of her team is very knowledgable and talended. Out of convenience, I'll sometimes go to other places (e.g., barber shops or other salons) and always regret not just going to Town Center Hair. I always leave the place extremely happy.
Necie has been a lifesaver. She aims to please and is very quick and good at what she does. With every new stylist, it takes some time for them to get used to your hair and vice versa, but I can say I'm glad I've gone to her twice so far. I'd recommend her for anyone, but particularly for people with curly or wavy hair of varying textures. Not everyone understands my hair or even tries to, but Necie gets it and I believe she will only get better with it over time.
