The stations are well thought out in placement. They keep it peaceful and serene. I love my experience here. Mimi and Jane welcomed me and my much- needed help nails that were neglected, fighting the good fight through almost 2 holidays. After careful observation of what needed to be done, Mimi went to work. Jane offered a hot or cold beverage, and I proceeded to relax :) The results? A fresh look for 2024! Mimi attends nail expos and keeps up with the latest trends. Every customer is her priority. Her staff are an extension of herself. I was delighted to experience the work of this shop's Queen Bee. Got my nails done today. If you're doing nail art definitely make an appointment in advance with Mimi. I did acrylic with designs. She also did 3D art it was $80 in total for the refil, ombré/French, gems, and the 3D. The quality looks great! I also got a pedicure a few days prior. I really liked my pedi. Both my bf and I combined for a pedi was $125. I got gel so of course that was an additional charge. We did the hot stone massage option. They massaged for a long time so it felt good and relaxing. I have to go back to get my gems added back on cause two of them fell off after a few hours. But it's not a big deal Mimi was more than happy to fix them. The location is nice and they have snacks and water. They're still adding to the ambiance of the place right now.

I came here just to try a new nail salon nearby and I heard the owner used to work for a salon in Ashburn that I've been to before. They are under new management so they were also offering a discount to customers. There are multiple reasons for the low rating. First, I had an appointment at 11 and they open at 11. The appointment was with the owner (or one of the owners as she claims it's a family business). Not only were they closed still at 11, lights still off, door locked, not a person inside. It wasn't until I called and texted to see what was going on as there were other customers waiting outside too. They said they are driving. It was 11:10 till someone showed up and opened the doors. The owner that I had an appointment with was still not there. When she finally did arrive she didn't even rush to get to me and took her time and honestly didn't even know she had an appointment till I said something for the 3rd time. I didn't get serviced till 11:30. She didn't apologized that she was late or that the salon wasn't open at 11 even after I mentioned it to her she just laughed. It was not a communication issue she understood exactly what I was saying. Next they don't have all the colors that they show in their books. I had to choose a new color twice b/c they didn't have it. I didn't want to waste anymore time and just stuck with the color they offered and they thought it was close to what I wanted. Next, since this is under new management they didn't bother getting new equipment, their chairs didn't work properly and was clearly from the previous owners. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. What kind of owner doesn't apologize for wasting a customers time and expecting a tip. The only positive thing I have to say is that the place overall looked clean and decent size for space. Mani and pedi were decent but the experience overall was terrible for a first time customer.

Mimi has been doing my nails for years and they always look so good and just what I want. The other ladies are also so sweet and I have gotten pedicures from a couple of them! They have snacks and drinks provided and the decor is so nice!
