I asked for a brown to blonde balayage. I showed her a picture. I hardly ever do something for myself so I got my hair done for my birthday. I specifically said I wanted no color at my roots because I don't want to have to maintain it. I walked out with grey streaks all over my hair, no balayage like I asked, and an awful uneven choppy cut. There's an obvious just blunt cut layer around my hair and it's so bad. I went to another place to try to fix it and they were all shocked at how bad the cut was and tried to fix it as best they could. The bleach she foiled leaked out and died my roots so I have splotchy bleach dots on parts of my hair. She didn't listen to me at all and I've been trying to contact her for a refund so I can go somewhere else and fix my hair but she's not even answering me anymore. Do not recommend at all. Highly unprofessional and for someone who claims to have been doing hair for 20 years, should know how to do a simple balayage.
