Love love love the service and quality of the nails. Though I've been serviced by a few ladies here, STAR has been my all time favorite. I needed my nails done for an event at the last minute and didn't think I'd find anyone to execute the look I was going for.. Let's just say Star exceeded my expectations. Trish the owner stayed open later than usual to make I was serviced and got what I wanted. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. Keep up the great work ladies!

If I could give a negative 1 on this platform, it would be there..................
I will not go back to this shop. First off, they could be more forthcoming with their prices. I overheard a disagreement between another customer and the manager. There was a miscommunication and I would have to fault the workers. This is no way to be racist of any sort, but when you are servicing a particular majority, you need to be able to speak their language fully and clearly.
Hardly anyone could clearly speak English which led to a lot of miscommunications and disgruntled customers.
I asked for the Aloe pedicure package ($68) and a full SNS set (apparently $46 which was not communicated to me).
I'm not going to go into the cleanliness, the non-peaceful ambiance, and other stuff.
During the process of the pedicure, it was sloppy and messy.
My friend and I ordered the same thing and she did not get the same experience that was included in the package like the massage.
My SNS set was super sloppy once the final top coat was applied.
The manager fixed it but I saw that my other nails were messed up as well.
The manager said, "Why didn't you say anything when I first asked you?" in a snarky tone.
Who speaks to a customer like that? Terrible customer service. No apologies. No, I'll happily fix that for you.
The next day, the "top coat" is cracked and peeling off, the top of the nails look cracked, and the texture is super rough.
I spent over $100 at this shop. Yep, never again. I will not go back.
I will let this grow out and go to another shop because NO THANKS.
I'm good.
