I have been to Salon E5 before and really enjoyed the experience, but ended up seeing someone else for about a year afterward. When I was looking for a new stylist after the shutdown I was desperately seeking someone to fix my awful quarantine hair tragedy. I had been dyeing my hair red for some time and allowed it to fade and grow to eventually get back to my natural color. I broke down and finally called E5 again to fix it for me. I saw Eugene and gave him quite a challenge (we took before and after photos that really revealed the tragedy my hair became)! He definitely turned my hair around for me. While I still have a ways to go for it to truly be my natural color, I am extremely pleased with the result and WILL be going back as I make progress. Thank you so much Eugene for accepting the challenge!
Eugene is the best!!! I came in for a walk in because I got butchered by another shop a few hours before. He fixed all the mistakes they made and walked me through the process. He was so kind and professional.The atmosphere was laid back. He said they usually serve drinks there to! I will absolutely be back!

Eugene is the bestest. Practically cried on the phone bc of how much i despised my color. Dark ash brown roots with red length. He corrected it when i was sure it was a hopeless project. Now a light red with some brown and he was very careful in salvaging the integrity of my hair. Been there several times, and i always leave satisfied and so so grateful!
