All About Miracles Hair Salon in Lakewood, WA

I love Miss Sherina! She really does work miracles! I've been coming to her for 2 years now and will never see someone else again! She has a clean shop, competitive pricing, and it's in a real quiet strip mall in Lakewood. Every now and then she has price cuts through her scheduling app, StyleSeat, so keep your eyes peeled for a good deal!

Horrible experience with Candy Love. I was so excited to get my hair done by her. When I called the morning of the appointment she had forgotten about the whole appointment and said she was on her way. This made me suspicious of her customer service skills, but I still went along with the appointment. I had asked how long my appointment would take due to having to pick family up from the airport and she bragged about how it would only take an hour. That was a lie. I was late making it to the airport because it ended up taking about 2 hours. I wouldn't have continued with my appointment if I had known that. Before I could even leave the parking lot I had a track loose and went back in to have her fix it. Next day 5 or 6 tracks were hanging loose. I went back in to fix that. I felt very uncomfortable because she was blaming me for combing my hair too much or I had to have done something to ruin it! She fixed it and now everything is falling apart. Scheduled another appointment and she canceled on me. Wtf who does this ?? I paid $150 for a crap job. Now I have to pay someone else to do my hair again .

I booked a Miracles on the Go service for my best friend's wedding. Sherina arrived a few minutes EARLY (which I love), did a BEAUTIFUL job with my hair, and even helped give pointers to some of the other hair stylists there! A bit pricey, but highly recommended.

Very Unprofessional salon! Save your money and don't go there!!! I booked an appointment with the salons newest nail tech @candylove and she had to reschedule my original appointment which wasn't a big deal. The problem occurred when she didn't show up to my appointment that she rescheduled. I called and texted her and didn't get a response. I texted the owner of the salon and no response. Finally I get a call from the receptionist (after waiting 30 mins) that gives me every excuse in the book for Candy but tells me she is going to come in to do my nails and asked me to come back to the salon. I come back to the salon wait again. The receptionist told me she spoke to her and she was on the way. Candy never showed up! I waited an hour on her. The worst part is that I'm a first time customer of hers. She never called to reschedule my appointment neither did she apologize for wasting my time. Terrible customer service.

I am not the Famous Ellen D, But this Hair stylist is on my Top 10 Lists. Even her Styled hair has seen National Views and I love how she is my Local Angel. Always the Most Down to Earth Fashionista, and her HANDS produce Miracles EVERY Time! Proud to know this Young Business Leader and I am Beyond Excited to Give my Personal Recommendation for Hair care. Time after Time, the Maintenance Package is my go to.
