Came in for a pedicure/manicure left with a BLEEDING foot. I was offered scotch tape, band aids and THE BILL! My foot was significantly bleeding in two spots, even after compression was applied. BEWARE
I enjoyed the service - they gave a great massage during it. I was hesitant to get my nails done because I'm super particular and my normal lady left and her place was under new management so I just got my nails removed here. My friend did get a gel manicure and they look just awful - they are certainly going to lift in the next couple of days. I did get a gel pedicure cause I'm not as particular and they look fine but my big toe is SUPER infected today (next day). I will for sure not be going back. It was pricey and I'm not happy.
I just recently started to get my nails done. This is now my 2nd year. There are so many nail salons. How do you select which one to go to? I tried 4 different salons. Each one started great. My nails looked great but then slowly the quality became below average. Inconsistent and sometimes had to be re-done. A waste of my time. I would make an appointment but I'd wait 15-20 mins. What was the point of the appointment? A waste of time. I was hesitant to try a new salon. I've passed by sky nails, many many times. One day I decided to go in. I am so happy I did. All the girls are great but Anne is my favorite and she has become my nail tech. She is such a sweet girl and an amazing artist. She can create beautiful designs or copy a photo you bring in--exactly like the photo. She is precise and she's quick! And that is amazing! I highly recommend her. I have attached photos of her work!
I just called to complain about charging me 90 for my last set of nails and i was shocked when i paid it but i had some fancy stuff put on my nails so i skipped doing a pedicure. i have been going here for last 2 years the woman looked up the ticket and said i did a pedicure also and i told her i didnt and in fact my nails and toes are currently 2 different colors cause i skipped it but since it was in her books she said i did. i am looking into one of the other 30-40 nail salons in the area that doesnt rip you off
