Salon Services Pro - Lakewood in Lakewood, WA

After losing quite a bit of my supplies during a move from apartment to home, I decided to head in and replenish. I knew my stuff was somewhere in my garage but didn't want to waste anymore time. I started grabbing all the things I needed, asked a few questions. All 3 staff members were super polite. The gentleman was up front while the young ladies rang up my purchase. I was sharing how I lost all my stuff and he went out of his way to grab me extra capes, bowls, brushes and clips. That is not something he had to do but he chose to! That is good business. I am never disappointed when I come here, the staff is always polite and kind.

After a horrible day in traffic and running endless errands I made my last stop yesterday at Salon services in Lakewood. Let me just say.....Richard literally restored my faith in humanity! What an amazing guy! I am so appreciative for him, his knowledge and expertise in his field and the incredible kindness that he showed. I left the store with a huge smile on my face and a warm heart. Thank you again!

Just had the rudest experience with a new girl here. She's the one that try's to look like billie eilish. First off she was extremely unhelpful. When asking her about products, she literally had no idea what anything was for. Not once did she find samples for me too touch and feel so another girl working had to step in and help me. Then when I finally was able to find the product I needed she told me to I was going to have to wait while she rang up another lady that wasn't even done shopping yet. On top of it I'm 7 months pregnant my bladder doesn't have time to be sitting there for 15+ minutes. If I come here again and she is working I will not be buying anything.

Same girl always seems to have an attitude. Full time assistant is rude . shopping here is usually unpleasant from her vibe and bad customer service.

The employees here are seriously so helpful. I had to have someone else pick up my products for me this morning, so I called ahead to see if they had them and the woman who helped me was just the sweetest. She couldn't find an item I needed on the shelf, but she opened her shipment boxes to look for it for me and was nice enough to call me back and leave a VM to let me know we were all squared away. The person who picked up the order said that they were very friendly to him as well.
