My experience at this salon was extremely disappointing. I had gone in with high hopes of getting a vibrant royal blue color for my bangs and sideburns, but what I ended up with was a dull cobalt blue that was barely noticeable unless under intense lighting. The color was not what I had asked for, and it was clear that the stylist did not pay attention to my desired outcome. Furthermore, the environment in the salon made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The staff members were more preoccupied with their own conversations in the back room rather than attending to the clients in the salon. I was left alone for a majority of the time, which only added to my dissatisfaction with the service. To make matters worse, the pricing for the service was exorbitant for the quality that I received. I left the salon feeling disappointed and frustrated, vowing to never return. In conclusion, my experience at this salon was subpar and left much to be desired. I have since learned how to do my own hair to avoid another disappointment like this one. I would not recommend this salon to anyone seeking quality hair services.

Future appointment booked! Diane was wonderful to work with, she really cares about her clients happiness and that says a TON! She does a great job maintaining this salons reputation. Courtney is amazing. I've never feel comfortable going to salons since I moved it AZ because I have really curly hair which nobody seems to know how to do but Courtney is amazing. I didn't have to bring my own tools or products which is rare! I still don't feel comfortable coming to the salon since my hair is different than most clients they are working with but I'm happy when I leave.

Just a heads up for new women/men looking to get their hair highlighted. Their full highlight on their website says "$82 +".. however, when I called to get a quote for a full highlight, the lady on the phone told me it is "$142 +".. their website is very misleading with incorrect prices that I think need to be updated. The reason for my low review is the misleading information that is on their website. If your price starts at "$142 + " it should reflect that. Saying "$82 +" when it's not, is false advertising.
