Paid 40 bucks for a shellac manicure to start coming off the next day. I got a color that had glitter over it and you can see all of the black base around the edges. The woman doing my nails wasn't even looking at my nails while she was painting them. I don't work hard to spend money on crappy service and quality. When I called to make an "appointment" for them to fix it they didn't ask what was wrong and didn't take my name. The place was also filthy. Never again.
Not a good place to get a pedicure! Very unfriendly when you walk in the door. They try to up sell you at every turn and when you decline they visibly shrug you off. I've had many pedicures over my life and I know what's good and what's not. The massage lasted barely a few minutes and she never touched or massaged the bottom of my foot. To me, the foot massage is the best part! And my feet felt just as rough after as before. And it was kind of spendy. Don't go here. Even if it's convenient, it's not worth it!
We had a really bad experience today(Mothers Day) using a Christmas Gift card. The Manager/owner said the gift card wasn't signed right and the $100.00 wasn't her writing. My wife was totally embarrassed and they wouldn't honor the gift certificate until we showed our bank Statement.
Once I printed the statement and took back to the Manager, she just shrugged her shoulders without any apologies. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Once again Huong Ngo did an asking job , shop was nice and quiet again . I always seem to go at the right time . Got an amazing pedicure and an amazing nail set .
Horrible! They know it and they don't care. After seeing how awful the pedicure looked when they were done, I told them I wasn't going to stay for my set of nails. I showed them the areas that were missed with polish during the pedicure. They said okay, $50. I have no idea why I didn't just walk out without paying!
